Orders
All orders placed are available and accepted. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Spiceherbsland sells products that are in stock and available for shipment from our distribution center. However, we reserve the right to not deliver selected prepaid products due to manufacturing complications or quality control issues. In such cases, you will be notified by email and will receive a refund to your credit or debit card within 30 days of notification that the item is unavailable.
Spiceherbsland retains transaction records for at least one year.
Pricing policy

Order acceptance
After placing an order, you will be notified via email with the details of your order. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received.
Unless the order is cancelled, acceptance of the order and the formation of the contract between the customer and spiceherbsland will be completed upon receipt of the e-mail regarding the dispatch of the goods.
Spiceherbsland is unable to accept your order if payment authorization is refused, stocks are exhausted, the product has been discontinued, or the eligibility criteria are not met.

Payments

Delivery
All purchases made via www.spiceherbsland.lv are shipped only within the European Union (EU) via DPD . Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days .
Delivery methods: Home delivery and locker delivery.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually between 3 to 10 days .
Upon delivery, responsibility for the purchased product passes to the customer. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information.
Returns and refunds
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will exchange it or refund the purchase price plus reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that refunds do not include priority or premium postage or insurance fees.
However, if the item has been opened or used, or if the return is based on personal preference rather than a defect, we cannot process a refund.
